All applications are subjected to be approved by the committee for membership of the incubation center • Application Process: Reviewed by the Incubation Center Submit Business Plan Committee Meeting Approval Conclusion

Application Documentation • Documents to be submitted forapplication: One business plan or brief report for application which contains: • Basic Information andCurrent Status of the Company • Product and Technology: IC related technologies and the innovativeness and market value analysis of the product • Management Team: Background information on company officers and main managers • Financial Plans: Projected financial statements for the next three years • Other Items: EDA usage plans, SWOT analysis , and other information if necessary
