PROJECTS AND CATEGORIES mProductive lets you create and manage projects and categories from one central location • To manage your list of Projects, select ‘Projects’ from the main menu • To manage your list of Categories, select ‘Categories’ from the main menu From the Projects and Categories screens you create, edit or delete projects and categories with just a couple of clicks. Even better, you can then view everything related to (assigned to) a project by scrolling down to the project and selecting ‘View Related Items’ from the menu. The same applies for Categories It is perfectly safe to delete projects too, because doing so does not delete any tasks, calendar events or memos associated with the project. All the items relating to (assigned to) the project will be unlinked before the project is deleted.

  10. COMPLETED ITEMS ‘Completed Items’ shows a combined view of all tasks, events and memos marked Completed. You can view the items in -List View, where items display without reference to the Projects or Categories they are linked to -Project View, where items display beneath the Project they are assigned to You can also select a Category to display only items belonging to that category, similar to the way items display beneath a project. NOTE: ‘Completed Items’ does not show all the Related Items within the project. It only shows those that have been marked Complete
