  1. Vulcan automated block digestion The two most important process of sample digestion, sample preparation and even the aliquot transfer can also be carried out in the vulcan automated workstation and it is the first automated station of its kind. Vulcan Automated digestion: Vulcan automated digestion system is developed in such a way that it has the feature to prepare the sample that has to be analyzed. It automatically transfers the aliquot of the digestate to the auto sampler rack in the system that is to be analyzed stage. The work up system of the Vulcan automated digestion: The greatest advantage of using this system is that it lowers the cost of the sample analysis and also helps in improving the safety of the lab. It is built with the ability to perform unattended operations. It also eliminates the chances of contamination as the whole process is automated. In 50 ml vials the system has the ability to process up to 84 samples. The Vulcan automates: It adds reagents, corrosive acids, at an accurate percent abiding by the set internal standards. The QBlocks are heated at a multi stage style. At the end of digestion the final dilution is performed. It has the capability to perform two digestion sampler methods simultaneously at the same time. Heating of QBlocks: Various types of digestions in vials of ml ranging like 15, 25, 50, and 100 can be tested. The system has the capability ofreaching up to 230 degree Celsius. There is also wide choice of vials available to carry out the process. There is polypropylene, glass, Teflon vials.

  2. Post digestion sample processing: The makeup volume or the Final dilution: With the assistance of a non-contact level sensor the sample levels are prepared and set for every individual vials. The sensor detects down the volume of sample available in the initial sampler and sets the volume limit to all the samples at the user specified volume. The sample transfer: In order to store the samplers the auto sampler racks are provided in the system. The sample are diluted and stored in the racks. After the transfer of samples the process of cooling, stirring in done. All these things can be done in an automated process ensuring the safety of the analyst.
