Keys to Success • Define your target groups and present custom splash pages to each target group • Use an effective theme – “eSave the Planet” • Use splash pages sparingly - don’t overwhelm members or splash pages lose their effectiveness • Align all areas of the organization • Update staff procedures to easily enroll members when opening accounts • Staff tools to identify targeted groups to cross-sell

  5. The Solution • Splash Page logic • Present a unique and simple web enrollment form to members upon signing onto Online Banking • Scrollable new disclosure built into web page to encompass all current and future electronic notices • eStatements • Privacy Notices • Disclosures

  6. The Logic • Allow member to accept, decline or be reminded later • Present splash page to particular members only once in a three month period • Allow only enrolled members to view eStatements electronically • Display the right splash page to the right target group

  7. The Target Groups Enrolled members presented splash page to verify if email address is still current

  8. The Target Groups Enrolled members presented splash page new disclosure to include consent to other current and future notices

  9. The Target Groups Non-enrolled members presented splash pages to enroll in all services with one click

  10. Systems Integration • SQL server houses each members splash page activity • Date splash page presented • User’s selected options (accept/decline/remind later) • Host system • Setting correct system flags • New account opening workflow • Staff ability to set member’s preference

  11. Successful Results • Electronic enrollment grew from 16,768 to 27,366 - a 63% increase in the first month! • Today – 35,413 members have enrolled, exceeding our monthly active user rate • Outstanding achievement reached at NO COST to Tech CU!
