Device Update: • The choices have been narrowed to 4 options lenovo: laptop or tablet mac: laptop or tablet • The devices will be “piloted” starting tomorrow • Lauren Gaither and Elaine Munday will each have a device for a week along with one of their students • The decision will be made next month • Devices should be here in Feb. 2014 • Questions? Survey: You will be asked to complete a survey about the device; watch for an email! NIHS BL Rubric Training

Webinars: • There is money available from the IMPACT grant to purchase software • We are in the middle of webinars to evaluate their suitability for NIHS • Your feedback is critical in helping to choose the most useful software to NIHS • There are two webinars left – please attend if asked!   6. Blended Learning Requirements: • System-wide, teachers are required to do at least two BL lessons per week starting next week. • This does not mean two whole days each week. • It can be two blocks on one day. • The idea is to get implementation started. • Technology is not required to do BL. • Please call on me if you need help!
