ARIES Components • Security Measures in ARIES • ARIES is divided into four separate applications: ARIES ARIES Client ARIES Report Export ARIES Import ARIES Admin Users must have the appropriate authorization to access each of the four areas. This requires a separate digital certificate for each application. This division was motivated by security precautions and limiting access to data. 3.07

Passwords • Password Box • <*****6 to 32 characters******> • Choosing your own password: • Must include at least one upper case character • Can include low case characters • Must include at least one number or special character • Must not include these characters ($, %, ^, and *) • Examples • not acceptable: “Rovers” • acceptable: “Rovers1” or “roverS1” 3.10
Please Change Your Password Passwords • Passwords expire every 60 days. After sixty days, ARIES will prompt you to change your password 3.10
