  1. National Student Survey 2018 • All UK final year undergraduates since 2010 • Survey open 8 January to 30 April • 27 questions, takes 5-10 minutes • Results are published in August www.thestudentsurvey.com

  3. Why take it? • Helps UCL understand where changes need to be made • Helps future students decide where to study • Shapes future of education at UCL

Changes made in recent years • Extended library opening hours during exam period • Improved access to immediate support through daily drop-in sessions with mental health, disability and wellbeing advisers • 549 new computers are available on campus • 965 additional teaching seats from January 2018 • ISD expanded provision of Lecturecast to 50 new spaces during 2016/17
