  4. The Strategy Plane • Product Objectives • An operational website • A webpage for each class • User Needs • Simple for friends and family • Clear for grad schools and employers • Difficulties • Hard to come up with an idea

  5. The Scope Plane (1 of 2) • Functional Requirements • Public and available to anyone • One main webpage for each class • Different navigation options for different users • Allow for expansion • Difficulties • Need to limit features scope
