  1. Benefits of Yin Yoga In general, Yin Yoga is the soul soup for mind and body. Yin is soothing, calming, and restoring counterpart to the yang which is thepowerful practice of Vinyasa form. Yin yoga helps in the mind rerouting, helps us to still down, lives in present, and work within while breathing and stretching deeply and makes more space in mind and body. On an energetic level, Yin yoga helps in improving the flow of energy and enhances the flow of chi in the organs but its regular practice helps in giving tremendous mental and emotional benefits.  Benefits of yin yoga:   Some of the nourishing and therapeutic benefits offered by Yin Yoga are    1. Helps in restoring the range of motions:  Degeneration of bones and less mobility in joints are some of the common age-related issues. But the regular practice of Yin Yoga helps in regaining mobility and eases the body pain because of its mild, healthy stress to our joints and connective tissues.
