  2. 02/22/2011 Meeting Focus on the high priority items from MISUG: • Review task list prioritization from January meeting • Review NPRR for security classification changes from SECURE to PUBLIC • Collect market MIS dashboard requirements TAC

NPRR329, Correct Security Classification Changes for Extracts/Reports • Submitted 2/23/2011 with request for Urgency • Urgency was granted • Updates the Protocol language to post on MIS PUBLIC for the following reports: • Seven-Day Load Forecast by Forecast Zone • Seven-Day Load Forecast by Weather Zone • Short Term System Adequacy Report • Load Forecast Distribution Factors • Settlement Points List and Electrical Buses Mapping • DAM Ancillary Service Plan • Weather Assumptions • Aggregated Wind Generation Resource Power Potential Forecast • Actual and Forecasted Regional Wind Production • Hourly RMR Services Deployed • Daily RUC Active & Binding Transmission Constraints • Hourly RUC Active & Binding Transmission Constraints • Adverse Weather • System-Wide Demand • State Estimator Load Report - Load by Electrical Bus by Load Zone • State Estimator Load Report - Total System Load on Electrical Buses • State Estimator Load Report - Total ERCOT Generation • Changes to Transmission Facility Status • SCED Shadow Prices and Binding Transmission Constraints • Planned Service Four Coincident Peak Calculations Report • State Estimator Load Report – DC Tie Flows TAC

Dashboard Enhancement Summary from 2/22 MISUG High Priority Changes • Make Dashboards Public • Estimate promotion of following dashboards to public domain considering costs and benefit in public communications of: • LMP Contour map • Load Forecast vs. Actual • Real-Time System Conditions • SCED Up/Down • System Ancillary Services Capacity Monitor • New Wind Graph • Enhance Real-Time System Conditions Dashboard • Investigate using new 5-minute SE report implementing this month that includes all discreet element flows that make up CSCs and CREs except Valley Import and Laredo: • Add Interface and CSCs with DC Ties on this display with labels • Consider new display of all available CSC/CRE elements • Increase frequency of wind refresh to align with DC Tie frequency of 5 minutes • SCED UpDown Dashboard • Merge to be on same axis so SCED Up is positive, and SCED down is negative • Wind Graph Dashboard • Create graph and corresponding report - Total and Groupings of wind output • Aggregate values Day-Ahead or 48-hr, Adjustment Period/Hourly, Actual (similar to load forecast vs actual) • Sub-total grouping for actual values • Both sides of W-N constraint • Coastal wind • The more granular the better in regional without confidentiality • Consider solar (other renewable) TAC
