Phase 1 - District-wide Property Inventory • Static inventory by T&W Operations, Inc. initiated August 2012 • Nightly inventories of 46 facilities adding serialized asset tags • Value=$62M(HS Avg = $2M, MS Avg = $1.4M, Elem Avg = $1M) • Assets = 194,549;116 item types; 3,672 unique items • Highlight assets > $5K, Title Programs, & Ed Tech

Phase 2 - Catalog, Ordering, and Logistics System (COLTS) & • Automated Asset Visibility & Inventory Control (web based) • Record property receipt, use, storage, transfers, and disposals • Proven cost savings with reduced inventory levels • Customize with serialized tracking/reporting • Purchasing capability & commercial shipping link

Inventory Control COLTS is the record keeping tool & interface for a dynamic inventory: • Record receipt of all property at the warehouse or facilities • Produce customized reports supporting Principals/Administrators • Track transfers between facilities and disposals IAW SOP • Provide asset visibility to reduce costs (Reuse=$288,577 SY12-13) • Record use of high value items and special programs • Support federal/state audits for continued funding • Facilitate annual reporting on district property
