This project aims to acquire color digital orthophotos, LiDAR and DTM data for various cities and districts in San Diego County.   2. Background • Imagery Subcommittee formed last Fall and met 3 times to discuss potential project leads and RFP • Used LINK-GIS (Kentucky) RFP as a template • More simple RFP

  3. RFP Scope of Work • 4” color digital orthophotos • 3” color digital orthophotos for portions of the County • LiDAR and DTM for portions of the County • Optional MrSID delivery format • QA/QC – separate contractor

Project Status & Issues • Looking for a project lead • Originally, hoping to fly in Fall ’08, but most likely will get pushed to Spring ’09 • What is the role of the imagery subcommittee? • Do agencies that have submitted a letter of intent have the monies budgeted for next fiscal year? • Are there any other agencies that want to participate?
