  1. The Procurement Service Regional Sub-Depots The operationalization of the PS Regional Depots has led to the opening of PS Regional Sub-Depots purposely to bring the services of Procurement Service closer to the clientele. The goal is to open one sub-depot in every province so that every province would have a depot by 2010. The successful operation of the Bacolod City Depot in Negros Occidental served as an inspiration for PS to go further. As of year 2008, seven (7) Regional Sub-Depots have been opened. The following Sub-Depots is launched and operational, namely: Mt. Province October 2, Puerto Princesa August 8, Biliran November 24, Eastern Samar November 10, Camiguin July 24, Misamis Occidental July 25, and Surigao Del Norte June 13. Misamis Oriental Sub-Depot was launched April 27, 2009. Year 2010 two (2) more Sub-Depots opened these are Calbayog Sub-Depot opened in June 24, and Bukidnon Sub-Depot opened in August 23. Lastly Zamboanga opened their Sub-Depot in the year 2012, May 25. In summary as of September 13, 2012, the Procurement Service already have 13 Regional Depots & 11 Sub-Depots.
