  5. MAINTENANCE PROJECTS • 1. Vernon – CR3148/3144 pavement • 2. Alpine/Concho – chip seal projects • 3. New Administration Building in Ganado and Chinle, New Road Yard and Building in Chambers.

  6. Apache Co. GIS Base Map Preparation Project • 1. Maps with accuracy and precision • 2. Maps to tie in to existing maps • 3. Maps used for generating hardcopies • 4. Electronic files • 5. Maps to be built in a consistent format • 6. Maps to be consistent with others using GIS • 7. Conversion of older, paper maps into a digital format

  7. EMPLOYEE RELATED • Budget • We held harmless on increase of insurance and retirement. • General fund cut by 5% and no cost of living increase. • No new positions available at this time.
