Personal Opinion • The Solar Power department in ASU is one of the few solar panel certification authorities in the world. • The Solar Power department in ASU have partnership with a Germany company, it even could consider as “belong to” that company. • The graduate students in the Solar Power department cannot reach the core technology of the solar power, they are treated as “cheap labors”.
