Summary of the first day • WP2: agreements ignored -> change needed! • WP5: first step done, some answers, open questions -> decisions on further analyses needed! • WP4: agreements made, implementation will follow • WP7: many interesting activities, many possible synergies, interesting co-operation offers -> detailing and focussing is needed

  3. To keep in mind … NENA success factors 1. Long term and visible results 2. To build up a working partnership and network 3. To get SME´s involved -> realise WP7! Main threats, which could make NENA a flop • No attraction for local stakeholders • Too much bureaucracy -> use existing tools! 3. No real innovation, no value added
