  2. Executive Summary The project will take exactly 6 months to complete with a budget of $150,000. Our main resources are cotton, rubber, and carbon fiber. The key deliverables are the initial design, product samples, and consumer testing reports. The milestones are going to be: the design completion, completion of product testing, contract with retailer, and first product launch. Our key processes are designing, manufacturing, and distribution. Our stakeholders are Adidas, who is going to launch our product, our investors, design department, technology department, and our sponsors.
