2. Finding the Portal • On district homepage and school homepage • Located under “Quick Links” on right side of the page

3. Setup • You must register to access the Parent Portal • All matters of registration are resolved by our ESD Manager, Ms. Michele Porter(porter@hohschools.org)

4. Digging into the Portal

5. Profile • Contains information about the student and upcoming events • Serves as a homepage for the rest of the portal features

7. Attendance • Contains information about student attendance • Identifies excused absences (AE), unexcused absences (UE), excused tardiness (TE), and unexcused tardiness (TU)

9. Schedule • Contains information about student schedule • Students are able to access their locker combination and location

11. Gradebook • Contains grades to posted assignments • Click on the different classes to reveal the relevant assignments

13. Gradebook (Continued) • Clicking on a class reveals posted assignments • Assignments may be divided into categories that are weighted differently • Assignments may be posted before grades • Make sure the correct marking period is selected

15. Report Card • Posts finalized report cards • Final grades and comments are published here

17. Progress Reports • Posts finalized progress reports • Design similar to report card screen
