CS CC STC: Team Role Community Leadership IEEE CCI Leadership • Provide CC technical guidance toCommunity, CS, IEEE, World • Recruit experts, authors, reporters, readers • Create Web Portal • Use CS content delivery channels • Create Roundtable Discussion • Coordinate with CC STC • Report CS CCI output to Planning and Executive Committees, and BoG • Determine CS strategy for IEEE CCI • Articulate CS participation that drives revenues and net distribution • Negotiate use of CS IP, news, co-sponsored conferences & periodicals • Recruit/ recommend CS volunteers to work on IEEE CCI teams • Track partnering Societies • Apply for funding: CS, TAB Future Directions Committee, IEEE NIC • Report to CS leadership and IEEE BoG IEEE CS Leadership • Build Leadership Team • Promote an d coordinate TA across CS PBs • Update CC Sub-Strategy genealogy • Report progress to CS governing bodies
