Zookeeper Duties Before the visit I thought zookeepers… After the visit I learned zookeepers… Usually don’t touch the animals Clean pens almost every day Have to feed them exactly to meet their needs every day • Take care of animals at the zoo • Train animals to do stunts for shows • Train animals to not eat anybody

  4. Zoo Visit Reflection • I was most surprised by…. • The way they take care of the animals • I would like/not like a zoo related career because… • I wouldn’t like to clean the pens because it would be gross • My favorite part of the zoo visit was… • Seeing the animals
