  2. Ñoåi heä soá ño Inch  Centimet, hieån thò ñöôøng phaân caùch leà vaên baûn.  Tools  Options.  General  Measurement units  ñoåi töø Inches = Centimeter  View  Text boudaries.

  3. Caên leà, xaùc ñònh khoå giaáy vaø chieàu in vaên baûn. •  File  Page Setup. •  Margrins Top (leà treân) : 2,5 cmBottom (leà döôùi) : 2 cmLeft - Inside (leà traùi) : 3,5 cmRight – Outside (leà phaûi) : 1,5 cmMirror Margins : In 02 maët cuûa moät tôø giaáy neáu : (), khoâng : 

  4.  Paper - Paper size : A4- Portrait : in theo chieàu ñöùng cuûa khoå giaáy.  Default  Yes.

  5. Choïn Font (phoâng) chöõ.  Format  Font  Font : Times New Roman  Size : côõ lôùn nhoû cuûa chöõ = 13  Default  Yes.

  6. Ñaùnh soá trang cho vaên baûn.  Insert  Page Number  Position : Choïn Top of page (Heatder) – soá trang ôû leà treân.  Alignment : Center cho soá trang ôû chính giöõa.  Show number on first page coù in soá cuûa trang 1: khoâng :  (coù choïn :  hay )

  7. 6. Caên chænh leà cuûa haøng chöõ.  Caên saùt leà traùi vaø phaûi : baám nuùt thöù 10 treân thanh ñònh daïng : Formatting – Doøng thöù 3 töø treân xuoáng =>
