  13. Key Issues on TOP Counter R & D • Good timing resolution(~100ps) on a single photon measurement w/ position-sensitive(~1mm) MAPMT. • Precise fused silica bar production on geometry and smoothness (~ Å). • Sophisticated analysis method. PID Workshop@Nagoya
