Alabama • Purpose of plan • “auto enroll” customers as required by Alabama law • Plan could do additional items • Allow Commission to check for duplications between carriers • Hot issue at FCC • Current 3 phase review of duplications underway with expectation that all states will be reviewed • Annual verification • Also a hot issue at FCC • FCC currently have questions out about annual verification
