Leadership Development Team • Kristi Kahl (Senior Director), x8614 • Oversees all programs, facilitates Aspiring Principal and Future Administrator workshops • Cecilia Santos-Camerino (Principal Coach), x8330 • Facilitates the New Principal Support program and New Principal Coaches programs • Janelle Harmon (Coordinator), x8465 • Manages budget, coordinates workshops, program liaison • Crystal Howard - Johnson(Analyst), x8228 • Summarizes and analyzes data from programs, prepares annual program report

  3. Preparing for the Future To address this urgent need, we must: • Think strategically about our pipeline; • Be proactive about leadership development; and • Involve all current district leaders in our efforts. 25+ Possible Principal Vacancies by 2018
