  1. 2014-2015 CLUB SEASONINFORMATIONAL MEETING Top Select Mission Statement: We strive to provide the best available resources that will allow our players to reach their full potential as student athletes.  Our program will stress, and reward, the development of values, character, self-esteem, and discipline that we believe will serve as a stepping stone to higher education for our athletes through the sport of volleyball.  At Top Select we are not just about volleyball, but more about teaching life lessons through volleyball. We focus on building character and teaching life skills. We know for a lot of our players volleyball is something they will only be involved in for a short time; most of them will play in their teens and possibly early 20s (unless they go on to coach, in which case we hope they keep it in the family and coach with us, but their character will be something they will rely on every day of their lives. We firmly believe that you cannot achieve success with talent alone; it takes other qualities like discipline, dedication, integrity, and the willingness to learn and work with others. We want to stress the importance and development of these qualities as they will serve our players well through their whole lives.
