Cohesion politics EU 2014 - 2020 The aim of the urban dimension of cohesion politics should be continually permanent sustainable territorial development in years 2014-2020 The realization shall be made by means of: Economically weak regions´s support, Executive regions support - concerning cities and region that are crucial accelerators of growth and efficiency together with ecological and social issues. 2

  3. Integrated planning Integrated planning presents crucial instrument for territorial cohesion implementation of EU which ensure coordination between sector and regional politics. Position of the Capital City Prague: This principle is put into practise since 2000, Integrated programme of long-term development si defined by the legal instrument - Strategic plan of the Capital City Prague, There are regular updates what reply to variable conditions; last update went ahead in Dezember 2008 Presently there is a programme preparation of strategic conception in progress by 2015. 3

Integrated planningand EU funds in Prague In the programming period 2004-2006 and 20017-2013 the Capital City Prague made the best of preparation and implementation programmes co-financed from EU funds. In phase 2004 – 2006 was concerned the Single programming document for Obj. 2 NUTS II and the Single programming document for Obj. 3 NUTS II, In phase 2007 – 2013 was OP PK and OP PA concerned, In both of the periods there was Strategic plan of the Capital City Prague as the main solution for preparing these programmes.. 4

  5. Integrated planningand EU funds in Prague In the programming period 2007-2013 Prague will have a experience with projects practical realization with usage EU funds. There is concerned Integrated plan of city development (IPRM) that is realized within the frame of OPPK. The solution method of IPRM was coordinated by the Capital City of Prague in conjunction with the other regions of cohesion politics in Czech Republic. At the end of the programming period there are project within the range 10 mill. EURO that are concerned within IPR. 5

Integrated planning in Prague in 2014 - 2020 The Capital City of Prague is going to be growth and developed region within the Czech Republic as far as it focus on: Economic efficienty - innovative potential support, transport infrastructure, Environment - brownfields revitalization, public transport support, Energetic safety and saving - renewable energy resources utilization, Housing - commuterville issues solutions, The necessary condition is cooperation with the neighbouring region (Middle Bohemia). 6

Fürstenberské zahrada reconstruction • Single programming document for Obj. 2 NUTS II • Subvention recipient: The Capital City of Prague - Trusteeship department • Expenditures/Eligible expenditures: 150. 432 .875,- Kč • Realization: from 6/2006 to 2/2008, 3 stages • Attain : • Damaged areas revizalization in order to increase it´s attractiveness for entrepreneurs and visitors of the Capital City of Prague. • Support expanding verdure areas in the City.

Fürstenberské zahrada reconstruction • The main activity is the steep land revitalization of Fürstenberské zahrady – garden area renewal including 2 orangeries • Garden reconstruction in order to historical appearance obtaining a architectural appearance and uniqueness renewal, • The project input is in accessing the last closed Palatial Gargen for public - Palatial Garden of the Prague Castle and the Old Castle stairs conne interconnexion, • The project realization contributed to total attractiveness this municipal part of the City in conformity with urban politics conception.
