  2. Centroiding • Obtain Intensity matrix from CCD • BW matrix: Intensity>50 • Regionprops • Pull out maxIntensity from each region • Determine the Area of max(maxIntensity) - Set as Search region

  3. Centroiding • In each search region, pixels with Intensity > MaxIntensity*1/e^2 are included for calculation of WeightedCentroid Search region needs to be defined
