WELCOME DSFG-FOR THE SECTOR BY THE SECTOR • Context to DSFG- who we are and our goal- share information, promote best practices, provide analysis and information to OASIS as well as CLO to help them with their advocacy • meet 4 times a year- September, December, March, June • OBRC- context, linkage and support • Thank you- CH for providing space and VC- at no cost • Costs to participants- Voluntary contribution by agency of $100/year • Planning Group- Brian Culter, Brian Sim-Little, Wendy Larman, Flavian Pinto • Logistical support- Liliana (CLT), Charles (CH) • Resource Group Ken (IT) ,Wendy (CICA, Thomas (Tax matters), April (small agency perspectives), Rose (admin issues), Casey (Information,), David (Projects)

  5. DSFGHOUSEKEEPING • Presenters keep VC in mind • Condition of use of the room- When meeting is over we will need volunteers to store tables and chairs and to clear out the garbage

  6. DSFG MEETING FUND • Started April 2012 • Proposed amount $100 to cover 4 meetings a year • Objective is to cover costs not covered by the $500/meeting donated by OBRC and Pay for technical sessions where speakers charge fees

  7. DSFG MEETING FUNDSTATEMENT 2013-14 • Starting balance $ 1,926.48 • Collected $ 2500.00 • Recovery from OASIS 1000.00 • Spent $1241.47 • Balance left $4,185.01
