PURPOSE OF THIS TEMPLATE • When do I use this template? • At this stage, the nonprofit approved the two priority areas and the pro bono consultants developed and are ready to present the action plan. • How should I use this template? • Remove and customize slides as needed for your particular project. • Anything in red font is a note to the team and should not be included in the presentation. • Send the final agenda to the rest of your team at least 48 hours before the meeting. • Please note, though immediate, near and long-term action projects are recommended, you may chose to only include short and long-term action projects. • REMOVE THIS SLIDE BEFORE PRESENTING

NEXT STEPS • Pro bono consultant team prepares and nonprofit approves Immediate Action project plan • Implement Immediate Action projects • Create momentum in the volunteer program and prepare nonprofit for implementing remainder of Action Plans A Look Ahead at Stage 4: Immediate Action The goal of this stage is to implement some or all of the Immediate Action projects listed in the two Action Plans previously mentioned.
