Organisational: For example: • Organisational Guide for Practice and quality activity • Development of nursing strategy • Learning needs analysis • Support implementation of Development Framework
Operational: For example: • Training sessions on portfolio (df website) • Support essence of care benchmarking initiatives • Support work on managing performance and competence
Individual: For example: • Free access to electronic resources: DF, All Ireland Practice and Quality • Learning sets - facilitated • Individual role development assistance
Strategic Leadership Role • issues of professional significance with key stakeholders • Contribute to strategic nursing & midwifery regulatory & other UK developments • Pre – registration branch review - Nursing • Modernising Nursing Careers • Health care support/assistant
