  2. Lower success rate As we know that so many students appear for CA Foundation Exam which is around 12 lakhs and out of which 70000 students choose to give CA Foundation and only 28000 students are passed in this exam. So there is lower success rate.

  3. The evolving nature of socio-economic laws If there is change in economic reforms as well as in law and taxes which makes it quite hard to keep a track of all the updates and generally govt. Keeps changing their laws for improvement.

  4. Extensive syllabus The syllabus of CA Foundation Exam is very huge and time duration for preparation of exams is comparatively less so, students are overwhelmed and end up under preparing for the exams.

  5. Not having proper coaching facility There has been a significant rise in the private Institutes providing coaching for CA exams, very few of them actually have qualified and skilled faculties to guide students correctly. Students end up studying in average CA coaching classes which affects the quality of their studies.
