  3. Implementation Procedures Current IP version includes: • New section on nutrient screening procedures. • Updated MALs and additional explanatory language. • More stringent critical flow calculation for streams and rivers with a significant spring flow component. • Dechlorination requirements expanded to minor domestic facilities (>0.5 MGD). • New section on converting new fish-tissue based criteria to water column criteria. • New section on recreational UAAs.

  4. Implementation Procedures Revisions from the draft IPs presented to stakeholders on 1/9/09 include: • Removed seagrass screening procedures • Removed one year transition period for replacement of fecal coliform with E. coli limits. • Added nutrient screening for renewals and Industrial permits on a case by case basis • Removed human health screening procedures for discharges to intermittent water bodies.
