  2. Tonight you will… • Walk through the presentation expectations and protocol for providing feedback • Meet with your teams to refine plans and prepare for your presentations tomorrow night

  3. Tomorrow’s Presentations Tomorrow night, NTs/NTEs will be paired together to present their plans for feedback. Presentations should include: • Approach to working with districts • Bright spots/examples of successes in working with your schools/districts • Biggest challenges to date in working with your schools/districts • The key 3-4 areas of focus that the team thinks will make the biggest impact

  4. Tomorrow’s Presentations • Presentations should be 10-14 minutes. • Teams will listen to each others’ presentations and then provide constructive feedback on plans based on a protocol. • NYSED and Regents staff will be available for consultation and feedback as well.

  14. Tonight – What’s Next • NTs/NTEs meet until 9:00 pm • Find a space throughout the hotel to meet (staying here is fine!) • Goal of the meeting is to cement your presentation for tomorrow night. • Use the NT/NTE Presentation Template!
