    23. Notes on Coordination Coordination will depend on where a member is assigned in an organization and what type of organization they’re in. A traditional retirement application is submitted by the member, Unit CC makes a recommendation, Wing CC makes a recommendation and then sends the application to ARPC for approval. If member is assigned to the State HQ, then it only goes from the member to Commander, State (JFHQ) before being submitted to ARPC. If a member has a Group CC rather than a Unit CC they may only coordinate with their Wing CC, or the Group CC may be assigned a Unit CC role in order to be involved. Be aware of and follow any locally developed coordination guidelines.
