TEST PLAN • Test Plan may be prepared consisting of various test required to be done on various material and products • Shall be part of the contract agreement or may be prepared after word jointly with the contractor before the commencement of the work
Monitoring of tests • Regular monitoring of various tests to be done as per test plan and actual test carried out • Calculation of Standard deviation of test results monthly or at some convenient frequency • Advance planning of tests to be carried out in week • Weekly/ Monthly meeting with the contractor • Training to site supervisors at site
Site Labs / Outside Labs • List of equipment to be clearly Mentioned • It shall be related to work • It shall be just adequate • For less frequent test outside lab to be prescribed • List of approved Outside lab shall be there in the tender document • Relevant codes and test procedure readily available in the lab • Try to witness the tests in the outside lab
