  2. An application to review and set aside a purported decision on the applicant's application to sponsor her parents and siblings under the Family Class,

  3. MADE BY AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER AT THE CASE PROCESSING CENTRE OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION CANADA (CIC) DATED JUNE 19, 2012.

  4. For the reasons which follow, the application is denied.

  5. Ms Kumari applied to sponsor her parents and brothers as permanent residents of Canada.

  6. She subsequently applied for sponsorship of her second husband as well, increasing her family sponsorship request from five to six.

  7. In May 2008, she withdrew her sponsorship application if she did not meet the sponsorship requirements.
