2. CATS the Musical TARA Early Learning Centre (TELC) is proud to present Andrew Lloyd Webber’s internationally acclaimed musical ‘CATS’ on 29th / 30thh November 2014, at the Chowdiah Memorial Hall. The event started effective last week of July via auditions. ‘Cats’is the longest running show in the entire history of musical theatre, appreciated by over 50 million people across 26 countries. This show will be an amateur production, by arrangement with the Really Useful Group (RUG) Ltd, UK. For which the license has already been obtained. The musical tells the story of a tribe of cats, called the ‘Jellicles’. Its is a 70 minute amateur production performed by youth and children under 21years of age from multiple numerous schools and collages across Bangalore. It culminates in a spectacular event - known as "the Jellicle choice",

3. The Team Judith Roby Bidapa – Judi as we call her is a renowned theatre director. Her last big school production was with Stone Hill international School where she directed Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat which was a major success. Maya Mascarenhas – Maya is an accomplished music teacher and director, who also has her own recording studio. Her latest musical accomplishment was directing “Over the Rainbow” a musical adaptation of the Wizard of OZ. Brinda Jacob- Janvrin- Brinda’s dance school SMART( Studio for movement arts and therapy)Is a well known dance studio in Bangalore. She has performed the LION KING with her students and has worked on numerous dance events over the years. All supporting groups Sound, Lights, Set Design, Make up, costumes, etc. will be done by top professionals.

4. The Event ‘Cats’is the longest running show in the entire history of musical theatre. This event is one of a kind in Bangalore bringing together a cast of over 90+ children from approximately 25 different schools and colleges. The entire exercise of auditions, practices, promotions and the final event spread over 4 months will be tremendous to say the least. The total number of children in these schools will be over 50,000 cumulatively, add their parents and extended families and the reach of this program will be tremendous. This event will be spoken off, and will go down as one of the biggest and most talked about events for children this year in Bangalore. Any firm associated with the event will be spoken of fondly and well remembered.

5. The Event • Schools from which we have representation are- Mallya Aditi, Bethany, Christ University, NAFL, Legacy, DPS, Headstart, Neev Academy, Sishugraha, Bishop Cottons School, Clarence, Sacred Hearts, Frank Anthony's, St. Francis Xavier's, Mount Carmel College, NPS, Valley School, BIS, Vidya Shilp, Dayananad Sagar, St. Joseph’s college, Stone Hill, Centre for Education, Centre for Excellence) • Each performance will guarantee an audience of approximately 1000 individuals amounting to a total of almost 2000+ people witnessing the 2 shows at the Chowdiah. This is excluding the audience that will be reached via Radio, Newspapers, Posters, Flyers and Social Media, through which the performance will be advertised. We plan to have a 3rd performance on the 30th of November if possible. • Publicity for this event has already begun via word of mouth, posters, audition calls, social media and students talking about it with their friends and relatives. Plan is to begin Radio / Press publicity end of October and continue up to the event.

6. COST of Production • Hiring of the auditorium for 4 days : 4 Lakhs ( already paid advance) • Lighting / Sound for 4 days : 6.5 lakhs ( already booked) • Rehearsal spaces : 2 lakhs • Sets / Props / stage gear : 3 lakhs • Professional Fees : 8 Lakhs • Make up and costumes : 3 lakhs • Brochures / printing of posters : 2.5 lakhs • Advertising and publicity : Radio ( radio Indigo)– 2 lakhs for 4 weeks coverage ( spoken to for Radio Partner) Press(Bangalore Mirr0r + Bangalore Times) – 15 lakhs ( BM -spoken to for Press Partner) • Performance License / logo rights / backing tracks - 2.5 lakhs ( 2 shows paid for) • Miscellaneous - 2 lakhs • Approximate cost of production is - 50.5 Lakhs

7. Partnership Highlights The logo will appear across all advertising space we provide for during this event. • The companies logo in the show brochure of which there will be around 1500 copies. • Companies logo will appear on all tickets. • Publicity will be in print, social and electronic media. Will go on for the entire period of 3 months. • Media coverage in the form of radio and press starting end October until the show date. • Publicity across Schools, Colleges, Restaurants, Gyms etc. in the form of posters. • 10,000 pamphlets with your logo on it will be given across various locations in Bangalore. • Show tickets will be provided for your use, numbers will be mutually decided upon. • Photography of the show will be carried out and copies of the show will be made available

8. Sponsor Categories Sponsorships are available in the following categories. • Platinum Sponsor - 20 lakhs • Gold Sponsor – 12 lakhs • Silver Sponsor – 8 lakhs • Associate Sponsor – 6 lakhs The show will carry the Platinum Sponsors name.
