  2. Drogas que no atraviesan placenta • Analgésico: paracetamol, ante trauma dar antitetánica. • Asma: teofilina, baja dosis de corticoides? • HTA: hidralazina en ag, alfa’metildopa en cr. • ATB: b`lactamicos, cefalosp 1 y 2, nitrofurantoina, eritromicina, metronidazol.

  3. Durante la gestación y lactancia no deben consumir sustancias como: • ALCOHOL • Aborto, presentación en pelviana, prematuro, RCIU • SAF, afección del SNC, bajo peso al nacer, retardo en el crecimiento.

  4. COCAINA • Igual al alcohol • Eclampsia y preeclampsia • Malformaciones fetales • Muerte súbita del feto • Hemorragias del SNC

  5. Otros estimulantes del SNC ANFETAMINAS: Igual al alcohol. Microcefalia, secuelas cerebrales severas MARIHUANA: epicantus, estrabismo, miopía, temblor FENCICLIDINA: dism circumf craneal, fascies dismorficas, RCIU, alt conductuales LSD: enoftalmo, malformaciones cerebrales y cerebelosas OPIACEOS: dism circumf craneal, dism del APGAR, SME de abstinencia fetal!
