Service Areas (Career Clusters) • -group occupations based on what they have in common. • *-Connect employees with continuing education. • *-May begin as early as 6th grade. • *-Help provide standards and guides for assessment and professional development material. • *-Combine skills with basic academics.

  3. ARTEC Career success in: Acting, dancing and singing Digital Editing Film equipment, broadcasting, editing, etc. Special Effects Animation, writing, and producing Printing technology Makeup and hair design Fashion Design Sound Engineering Painting and sculpting

  4. ACTE (Association for Career and Technical) • Identifies future leaders • Promotes professional standards • Helps develop policy • Helps support state and regional associations • Assures growth in local and federal funding • Communicates with other organizations
