This proves the myth that dairy affects skin complexion and early development false. • There’s no evidence that any organic food is safer or more nutritious than regular food. Both organic and regular milk have the nine important nutrients that make dairy so needed in a healthy daily diet. • A major myth is that unpasteurized milk is safe, healthy, and natural when it is the complete opposite. The FDA and Centers for Disease Control strongly believe in pasteurized milk, because pasteurization kills bacteria responsible for so many diseases. Most diary products are to go under go pasteurization in the United States, such as hard and soft cheese. Facts from : http://www.eatright.org/ada/files/Dairy_Myths.pdf
