    6. Issues being highlighted Occupational Codes (e.g. S3L, S1L still being used) Pay Scales (e.g. AK61, NP51, NP46, TW51 - old whitely scales) Staff Groups (e.g. Registered Nurses under Doctors – Structure Setups) Ethnicity Coding (Numeric code still being used!)
