  4. Procesflow nieuwe BPVO • School match student aan leerbedrijf • School stelt BPVO op • Twee verschillende inrichtingen • Ondertekeningsproces en daarna opsturen naar DUO • Opsturen naar DUO en parallel daaraan het ondertekeningsproces

  5. Procesflow nieuwe BPVO • DUO legt BPVO vast in BRON • DUO identificeert en verifieert BPVO bij SBB in Stagemarkt • DUO koppelt resultaten terug naar school

  6. Procesflow wijziging BPVO • School stuurt wijzigingen op naar DUO • Vanaf de nieuwe release van BRON haalt DUO opnieuw de meest actuele status op van de accreditatie • DUO koppelt deze nieuwe status terug naar school

  8. Verificatie BPVO • 1e stap: als codeleerbedrijf ontbreekt, maar wel NAW gegevens aanwezig, dan wordt het codeleerbedrijf opgezocht. • 2e stap: controle of leerbedrijf erkend is voor crebo. Zo niet, dan 3e stap • 3e stap: controle of leerbedrijf erkend is voor equivalent crebo.

Verificatie BPVO Erkenning voor crebo 90960 Tijd  Startdatum voor erkenningsperiode Erkenning ligt in de toekomst Startdatum voor erkenningsperiode maar in 30 dagen voorafgaand aan erkenning Erkenning akkoord Startdatum in erkenningsperiode Erkenning akkoord Startdatum na erkenningsperiode Erkenning ligt in het verleden

  10. Verificatie BPVO • Als de praktijk voor twee kwalificaties gelijk is noemen we dit equivalent crebo’s • Voorbeeld: crebo 10858 is equivalent aan crebo 90960 • U stuurt een BPVO met 10858; het leerbedrijf is erkend voor 90960 • Signaal naar DUO is: Erkenning akkoord

Verificatie BPVO • BPVO op domeininschrijving • Indien leerbedrijf erkend is voor minimaal één kwalificatie uit dat domein dan is signaal terug naar DUO: Erkenning akkoord • BPVO op kwalificatiedossier • Indien een leerbedrijf erkend is voor minimaal één kwalificatie uit dat dossier dan is het signaal terug naar DUO: Erkenning akkoord

  12. BPVO controle • SBB heeft een tool (in pilot), gebaseerd op White Label Stagemarkt, ontwikkeld om BPVO’s te controleren • Werkt met een Excelsheet met daarin minimaal: • codeleerbedrijf • crebo • peildatum • De tool vult de regel aan met accreditatie gegevens en info over het leerbedrijf

  13. Getallen en BPVO • Bezetting van leerplaatsen in Stagemarkt • Indicatie voor kwantitatieve taakstelling kenniscentra • Monitor • Doorlooptijd (overlap stageperiodes tussen scholen)
