Missions Restated • Promote the relationship and better understanding amongst graduates, students, and staff members of the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, University of Hong Kong. • Initiate and assist in the professional furtherance of its members. • Contribute to the society at large in the computer science, computer engineering, and all other information technology fields. • Promote understanding of and concern for the society of Hong Kong and World affairs.

  12. Amendment of Memorandum • Clause 5(a) be amended to Any person who has completed a program solely or jointly offered by the Department shall be eligible to apply for ordinary membership. • Clause 29 (a) be amended to The Executive Committee shall consist of at least five members elected by the Association at a General Meeting • Clause 30 be amended to The Executive Committee shall include one President, one or more Vice-President, one Honorary Secretary, and one Honorary Treasurer.
