Free-rein leadership, also called Laissez-Faire, is a type of leadership style in which leaders follows a hands-off policy and allow group members to make the decisions. Managers set objectives, and employees are free to do whatever is appropriate to accomplish those objectives. It also seen as a way to promote independent, innovative and accountable work. It also encourages creativity by giving employees complete freedom and using the hand-closed system.

They also get to solve specific problems on their own, thus enhancing their critical thinking and decision-making ability; it will allow them to multiply in their fields and advancement in the company and develop their skills and ideas on their own.
