    10. Approach for Addressing Open IRs John Ward Page 10

    11. Defect Problem Report (DPR) Post Production 9.0 DPRs will be submitted to the Help Desk to be assigned an IR number in Remedy. Remaining Open Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) DPRs (cat 2 & 3) will also be submitted for an IR number in Remedy. All IRs (from DPRs) will keep the assigned priority. Once DPRs are assigned IR numbers the DPRs will be closed and the IR will be worked through the normal IR process. Page 11

    12. IR Resolution Strategy Development team will implement the Tiger Team approach that was used prior to the code freeze. The team will begin with higher priority IRs and work through the IR backlog. Higher priority IRs will take precedence over lower priorities as new IRs are reported. All IRs will go through the standard process. QA Test Team will coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and be responsible for obtaining migration certificates. IR fixes will be migrated on the normal weekly schedule once migration certificate is received. Page 12
