Indications • Insuffisance coronaire • Surtout si spasme coronaire (angor de Prinzmetal) • Si bêta-bloquants contre-indiqués • HTA • Surtout patient âgé • Adalate* sub-lingual en aigu • Tachycardie de Bouveret • Réduction: Tildiem* IV, 0,25 mg/kg en 5 minutes • Entretien ? CEI Ca bloqueurs Dr Fournier

  4. Effets Secondaires • Œdèmes des membres inférieurs • Bradycardie • Insuffisance cardiaque • Macro-glossie • Flush CEI Ca bloqueurs Dr Fournier
