Internalinfrastructure • Kyiv National University is a multidisciplinary educational and scientific complex, which comprises 15 faculties, 6 institutes and other divisions. • The University is also the co-founder of three institutes and two colleges, where are studying over than 30 thousands students. Faculty of Economics • Faculty of Economics is one of the major departments of Taras Shevchenko National Universityof Kyiv. • It was founded in 1944 from subdepartments of political economy and statistics founded back in 1842 in St. Volodymyr University. • Faculty of Economicsprepared more than 5 thousands highly qualified economists, nearby 600 PhDsand above 80 DScs. The purposes of YSA are: • contributing to student’s scientific and creative potentials; • developing scientific thinking and research skills among our members; • dissemination and popularising of different scientific areas, research activities; • Assistance to the administration. Major tasks: • attraction of students and post-graduated studentsto scientific-research work; • help for students in assimilation and in-depth study of disciplines; • organization, realization and information sharing among students about different kinds of scientific events, such as conferences, academic competitions, discussion groups, schedule of scientific sections; • searching of talents, initiatives,creation of challenging concepts and their direct implementation; Young Scientist’s Association of FE

Major tasks : • organization of lectures and discussion groups with the participation ofwhizzbangacademic figures, famouseconomistsand representatives of leading companies; • networking with all ukrainian and international economicalassociationsandorganizations; • organizational support to head-officeof faculty in optimization of scientific and research work.
