  5. Amazon Fulfillment Center Site Visit • Friday, April 4th in Breinigsville, PA • This day trip will give members of PMA the chance to see the inner workings of Amazon, the largest online retailer in the world • Note: This will not be a university-approved absence, but professors may excuse you if you give them ample notice. • We are going to rent a van that will be driven by our Faculty Advisor, Shaun Knight. • Please contact Ben Gorgonzola (bdg5111@psu.edu) with any questions or concerns

  6. Homecoming Day of Service • Saturday April 5th from 9am till 1pm • Meet at the Fish Tanks in the HUB • See Ken with any questions, or to sign up.

  7. Miller Family Call • We are working on planning a phone c all with the Millers • Get a chance to talk to them before we go to visit them on the 13th. • Contact Addy with any questions.

  8. Cold Stone Fundraiser • Thursday April 10th 5-9pm • Three ways to earn points • Work a 2 hour shift – 10 points • Pass out flyers – 5 points • Buy ice cream – 5 points • Turn in receipt • Contact Angela with questions (avr5373@psu.edu)

  9. Visit Miller Family • We are going to go visit our THON family on Sunday April 13th • We will need drivers for this event if you can!!! • Litiz is about 2 hours away from here. • Please see Addy with questions and to sign up.

Executive Board Applications • Applications will be going out later tonight! • Due date is April 6th at midnight! • Please send applications to James (jrl5379@psu.edu), Ben (bdg5111@psu.edu), and Marlow (mib5511@psu.edu) • Also include your availability during the week, interviews will be scheduled shortly after your application is received

Senior Vice President • Operations Management • Oversee logistics and planning for general meetings • Assist chairs/VP’s as an extra hand • Project Management Series • Prospect and qualify speakers, plan PM events • Grow from series to a full education program • In Assistance to the President • Assist in supervising VP expectations • Ensure effective communication between committees • Project Supervision • New “chair board” structure • Delegate tasks, supervise committee undertakings

Vice President of Administration and Technology • Secretary • Keep meeting minutes at general meetings and all Executive Board meetings • Function as the official secretary in Student Activity matters • Member Communications • Develop and send weekly PMA emails for event reminders, etc. • Maintain Membership Points System • Record participation and attendance for all events • Monitor activity and progress towards active membership • Webmaster • www.clubs.psu.edu/pma • Update website, expand online presence

Vice President of Finance • Treasurer • Collect and keep records of dues and deposit all money to Association of Student Activities • Submit requests for checks to reimburse all members that make payments on behalf of PMA and then distribute them • Maintain an up-to-date budget sheet for PMA • Advise the president and vice president on financial planning • Organization Fundraising • Find funds besides dues for PMA events and pizza • Assist in decision-making process on budget proposals

  23. Build a Tower • You have the materials in your bag to build the tallest tower possible. • You can do whatever you want to them, but can only use the materials given. • You must be able to carry it down to the front table.
