  3. Food & Agriculture Exports • A Bright Spot in the Economy • -In 2011 Food & Agricultural exports experienced a 20.5 billion rise over the previous record set in calendar year 2010. Ending the year at 136.3 billion in food and agricultural exports. • (2011 data released by the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service) • -Trade Surplus: Food and agriculture products are one of the few industry sectors that are experiencing a trade surplus. • - The World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report, forecasts a 27 billion trade surplus for 2012. • (data compiled by USDA using data from Census Bureau and U.S. Department of Commerce) We can make the world your customer!

Branded Program Overview • 50% reimbursement program for eligible expenses on international marketing and promotional activities conducted in a foreign country and pre-approved domestic trade shows • Companies apply yearly • Applications are accepted beginning August of each year • Program year runs on a calendar year We can make the world your customer!

Branded Program • Company Eligibility • Headquartered in the Western United States • Legally Licensed and operated for at least 1 year • Small Company • Product is at least 50% U.S. Grown ingredients by weight • Product displays the U.S. Origin Statement (Product of U.S.A.) Branded Program • Eligible Expenses • Advertising (magazine, grocery circular, newspaper, radio, TV, etc.) • Printed Sales Materials (P.O.S. materials, banners, brochures, catalogs, posters, price lists) • Labels and packaging modification to meet the foreign country label regulations • Exhibiting at Pre-approved Domestic Trade Shows • Exhibiting at an International Trade Shows • Freight for samples/materials • International Trade Missions We can make the world your customer!
