  8. 2. Web site Development Preparation for web site development (reviewing other design & agreeing on staffing and budgeting). Staff organization collaboratively develop the content of the site

  13. 3. Web site Integration Reviewing current need and current resource and service. All staff become familiar with the web site and then evaluate how the system “fits” with existing or new services Develop for connecting the web site with other organizational resource and services

  14. 4. Staff Training Developing a plan for training The effectiveness of training is then evaluated with plan made for future training activities

  15. 5. Trial Use Identification of trial users from the audience that the web site is intended to reach. As trial users explore the web site, their observations and critiques are recorded and evaluated.

  16. 6. Operation Staff members continuously maintain the web site content and feature. Evaluation data is collected and public relations effort continue Responding to this data and feedback
